Before leading teams, projects, or organizations, there is an essential form of leadership: self-leadership. It helps each person recognize their values, strengthen their potential, understand their challenges, and build paths more aligned with their life and career goals.
The Alfa Program was born from this understanding. More than mentoring, it is a personal and professional development journey that invites each participant to revisit their story, deepen self-awareness, and develop a more human, consistent, and essence-driven leadership style.
The proposal is to strengthen who the person already is — not fit them into predefined models. Because leading means expressing, with greater clarity and confidence, the best of yourself.
The Alfa Program is an invitation to lead from your own truth, without adapting to predefined models of success.
Leading the program is Cristiana Xavier de Brito — board member, executive, mentor, and author — with more than 35 years of experience in large organizations and transformation projects. Cristiana has built a career marked by the development of transformative, conscious, human-centered leaders who are strategically prepared to face complex challenges.
Her work combines strategic vision, emotional intelligence, and deep expertise in human behavior, purpose, and personal development, guiding professionals to discover their true leadership potential with greater authenticity, confidence, balance, and impact.
She believes that extraordinary leaders are those who embrace techniques and methodologies while also being able to access their essence and transform who they are into the greatest strength of their leadership.
Her career spans multiple fields, including Communication, Government Relations, Marketing, Governance, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability, with experience in renowned national and multinational companies such as BBDO, HP, Klabin, SAP, and BASF. She is a lifelong learner and has pursued studies in Corporate Governance (IBGC, Saint Paul Business School, and the London School of Economics), Sustainability (Harvard and Oxford), and Communication and Marketing (FAAP, FGV, Ibero-Americana, Syracuse University, ESPM, among others).
She is the author of the book “Alpha Woman – Leadership that Inspires” and the children’s books “Little Alphas – Girls Who Inspire” and “Little Alphas and Their Friends,” available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German. She is also co-author of books on sustainability, leadership, and reputation.
Cristiana is an advocate for transformative leadership. Her purpose is to generate positive impact across businesses, people, and the environment by working with dynamism, collaboration, innovation, agility, and by cultivating strong and lasting relationships. She serves as a board member, socio-environmental impact leader, mentor, and author, focused on three strategic pillars: leadership development, governance, and sustainability.
