With over 35 years of global, regional and local experience, I have worked for companies of various sizes and sectors, including BBDO, HP, SAP, KLABIN and BASF. 

My expertise covers areas such as Public and Government Relations, Sustainability (ESG), Risk Management, Diversity, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, Branding, Organizational Culture and Investment Raising.

I have extensive experience in participating in Executive Committees, leading Sustainability Committees and forming Foundation Boards. 

In addition, I have been a member of boards and committees of sectoral organizations, such as Abiquim, trade organizations, such as AHK, and civil society organizations, such as Fundação Eco+, the Brazilian Network of the UN Global Compact and Aberje, among others. 

I am the author of the book Alpha Woman, inspiring leadership and co-author of “Essas Mulheres Sustentáveis” Sustainable Women and have received recognition as Communicator of the Year (2015) and an honor for my professional career from Aberje (2023).
